The DIOR menswear collection FW23, reinforced through design, texture, and form. There were washed-out neutral colors, a looseness and fluidity, and layerings, including trails streaming from the backs of trousers (a trend that’s been presented in several shows). Earthy tones, rawness of fabrics such as jute and alpaca and fine knits in flesh tones
evolve from a book about the groundbreaking work of German naturalist and
geographer Alexander von Humboldt and his visionary explorations of the natural
world in the 1800s.
FENDI Men’s Collection Highlights Radical Sophistication For FW23-24

Fendi Men’s Fall/Winter 2023-24 began its transition into future. The resulting collection, designed by Silvia Venturini Fendi, Artistic Director of Accessories and Menswear, was sophisticated comfort. I was especially interested in more opulent everyday wear, which seems to be trending with Gen Z and younger millennials. And somehow the intermix of archival heritage and radical reinvention, across the different eras of the brand, flowed seamlessly. Indeed, this collection will mark a more iconic moment, in creative ways, than the beginning years of the brands menswear collections.
