Teyana Taylor in Chanel:
One of the more dramatic Chanel moments of the night came from Teyana Taylor. The structured bodice and sweeping, textured train created a strong contrast that really read on the carpet. Personally, this is where Chanel felt the most directional, making an impact without losing polish. Teyana has long been a standout on the red carpet, and she continues to be one of the most fashion-forward stars to watch.
Miyako Bellizzi in Vintage Dior:
This was one of the few looks that immediately broke from the softer palette of the night, and was a personal favorite of mine. On Miyako Bellizzi, the SS99 vintage Christian Dior gown used bold color blocking to create something graphic and sharp. It felt very memorable, and honestly, one of the more exciting looks of the night.
Misty Copeland in David Koma:
A mix of tailoring and softness made this stand out. On Misty Copeland, the David Koma gown was paired with a sharp black jacket, creating a strong contrast against the clean white base & structured feel. The tulle detail at the waist added movement, while the tutu like layers brought a delicate, ballerina-inspired touch. She completed the look with a stunning 27.5-carat ring, adding a bold touch of luxury to the striking ensemble.
Zoe Saldaña in Saint Laurent:
Clean and direct felt like the right move. Zoe Saldana wore Saint Laurent with Cartier jewelry, keeping the silhouette long and minimal.
